Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about renting gear at LiberSpiro — before, during, and after your hire.

We have compiled answers to the questions we hear most often. If your question is not covered here, do not hesitate to contact us directly — our team is always happy to help.

How do I reserve equipment?

You can reserve equipment directly through our online catalog — select your desired items, choose your rental dates, and complete the booking with a card payment. Alternatively, call or email us and we will confirm availability and hold the gear for you manually.

Is a deposit or ID required?

Yes — we require a valid photo ID (national ID card or passport) at collection. A refundable security deposit of €50–€150 (depending on the total value of the rented gear) is held on your credit or debit card and released in full upon undamaged return.

What rental periods are available and how is pricing calculated?

We offer daily, weekend (Friday–Sunday), and weekly rentals. Pricing is per item per day; a 20% discount applies automatically on rentals of 5 days or more. Weekend rates are equivalent to 2 full days. All prices include VAT and are shown in the catalog.

What happens if I return gear late?

Gear must be returned by 18:00 on the agreed return date. Late returns are charged at the full daily rate for each additional day (or part thereof). If you know in advance that you need extra time, contact us before your return date and we will try to extend your booking — subject to availability.

What is the damage and loss policy?

Normal wear is covered — we do not charge for minor cosmetic marks that result from ordinary use. However, structural damage, broken components, or lost items are charged at the current replacement cost (listed in our rental agreement). If you accidentally damage gear, please notify us immediately so we can assess it together rather than after the fact.
